YOUR FIRST BARRIER BREAKÂ Â
You don't need to become a better version of yourself.
You need to stop performing the version that you're not.
Â
A free five-day audio experience to begin recognizing the patterns you keep repeating — even when part of you wants to choose differently.
Â
Maybe you say yes before you've checked what you actually want.
Maybe you hold back what you really think.
Maybe you've become so good at being capable that you rarely question what's expected of you.
What if these aren't simply parts of your personality?
What if they're patterns you've learned?
And what else might become possible if you started questioning them?
Â
What if the thing holding you back isn't what you think it is?
Most often it' not.
Why? Because you're not aware oome barriers are obvious.
Others are so familiar that we don't even recognize them as barriers anymore.
They're the things we tell ourselves.
The assumptions we make.
The beliefs we've stopped questioning.
The ways we react without even thinking.
Sometimes, they're the things we've repeated for so long that we've started calling them our personality.
“That's just who I am.”
But what if it isn't?
What if it's something you've learned to believe, expect or do?
And what if there's another possibility you haven't considered yet?
Â
Â
Not by fixing yourself.Â
Not by becoming a better version of yourself.
But by becoming more aware of what's influencing how you think, feel, communicate and show up in your life.
Because you can't consciously break a barrier you haven't seen.
Â
The barriers aren't always where we think they are.
Have you ever noticed how quickly your mind creates a story about something that happens?
Someone doesn't respond to your message.
You make a mistake.
Someone disagrees with you.
You have an idea you're excited about — and within minutes you've talked yourself out of it.
Something happens.
And suddenly, your mind is telling you what it means.
They don't like me.
I'm not good enough.
I always mess things up.
I'm not ready.
That's just who I am.
But here's something I've become fascinated by:
What happens to us and what we make it mean are not necessarily the same thing.
And the meanings we give our experiences influence what we believe, how we respond and what we think is possible.
Sometimes those meanings become invisible barriers.
And while the circumstances around us may be real, the barrier I'm inviting you to explore is what happens within you in response to them.
That's where we begin.
Â
What happens over the five days?
Â
DAY 1 — The Cost of Holding Everything Together
Where are you pushing through, taking responsibility, saying yes or staying strong, even when something inside you is asking for something different?
You'll begin noticing where you've learned to override yourself without even realizing it.
You'll begin noticing where you've learned to override yourself without even realizing it.
Â
DAY 2 —Your Body Is Not the Enemy.
The tension.The tiredness.The restlessness.
The inability to switch off.
What if your body isn't working against you?
Discover what it may have been trying to tell you all along.
Â
DAY 3 —Why Success Still Doesn't Feel Safe
You've achieved things. You've handled difficult situations. You've proven that you're capable.
So why can it still feel like you need to do more?
Discover why achievement can never replace self-trust.
Â
DAY 4 —When Competence Becomes Survival
Being capable is one of your strengths.
But when did being the one who handles everything become something you couldn't put down?
Recognize the role you've been carrying and begin separating what you've learned to do from who you actually are.
Â
DAY 5 —Stop Performing. Start Leading Yourself
What changes when you stop automatically overriding yourself and start listening to what you know, feel and need?
This is where you begin experiencing a different way of leading yourself, a different way of showing up.Â
Not from pressure. Not from proving.
From self-trust.
This isn't about doing more to become a better version of yourself.Â
I'm not interested in giving you another list of things you need to improve about yourself.
I am interested in the things you might discover when you start questioning what you've always believed to be true.
About yourself.
About other people.
About what you can do.
About what's possible for your life.
Because awareness is where it starts.
Life is where we practice breaking barriers.
That's the whole point.
So that you have more freedom to live and lead the way you're proud to.
Â
A little about me
I'm Katrine Selvik.
I'm fascinated by human behavior, communication, leadership and the invisible patterns that shape our lives.
Through my work with NLP, coaching, workshops and leadership development and through plenty of experiences in my own life, I've seen how powerfully our internal beliefs and interpretations influence the way we live, lead, love and connect with others.
I believe we're all influencing, whether we realize it or not.
And I believe we can become more conscious of that influence.
That's why I'm creating The Barrier Breakers.
A movement for people who are willing to see what they haven't seen before, question what they've accepted as true and discover what else is possible.
Because this isn't about me being The Barrier Breaker.
It's about more of us becoming Barrier Breakers.
Â
Ready for your first Barrier Break?
You don't need to know which barrier is holding you back.
You don't need to have all the answers.
You just need to be willing to get curious.
Barriers are meant to be broken.
And you can start right here.

Katrine ❤️
