World Adventure, Tango and a Backpack
The Early Years
At 19, I packed a backpack and left convention behind.
No five-year plan.
No safety net.
Just curiosity.
I traveled across continents, sat in conversations with strangers, danced tango in Buenos Aires, and learned something that would shape my life:
People don’t open up to strategy.
They open up to presence.
Real leadership begins with the courage to stop performing.
Â
Presence is Power
I discovered that connection—real connection—starts with seeing and listening.
And that people open up when they feel safe to be themselves.
The DecisionÂ
I built a career in International Business.
I did what I was supposed to do.
I succeeded.
And yet, something in me was restless.
The version of success I had built no longer fit the woman I was becoming.
So I left.
Not impulsively.
Not dramatically.
But decisively.
I chose alignment over appearance.
That decision changed everything.
The Work Today
Today, I guide women through the same decision — from performance to power.
From pressure to presence.
From over-functioning to self-trust.
As a Certified International Coach, I’ve worked across sectors — from National Healthcare to the National Art Gallery — helping leaders shift from transactional leadership to human-centered leadership.
Because leadership isn’t about dominance.
It’s about congruence.
And when a woman leads from congruence, she changes the culture around her.
Â
The Human side
I still travel.
Latin America still feels like home.
I dance.
I hike.
I laugh loudly.
Â
Why This Matters
We don’t need more women performing competence.
We need women who are regulated.
Clear.
Unapologetic.
Women who lead themselves first.
That’s the work.
That's the standard.
Â
If you’re ready to stop performing and start leading —
you’re in the right place.
